Four friends who have worked in the wine industry and share a love of good things come together to make cider in the heart of Burgundy. They are releasing their first vintage in 2020.

The ciders are worked like great wines, each stage offering multiple potentialities. Apple juices harvested in and around Beaune, and other regions such as Normandy, Brittany, Jura...

The barrels, coming from friendly winegrowers and distillers, house the long and patient aging of a complete fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Finally, the vast playing field of blending opens up to develop each unique vintage.

The cider mill also produces delicate apple juice.
