Collection: Stone Dragon Mas

Tautavel

Since 2019, Yoko Ogawa has been working her vines in the heart of a sumptuous territory: open to the four winds, between oceanic and Mediterranean climates, sea and mountains, and under the wing of the southern slope of the Corbières chain like a stone dragon since long asleep in the wild scrubland.

The ancient soils, land of black shale from the Cretaceous, support ancient vines and transmit to them the intense mineral character specific to the Maury territory. The distance from everything, organic farming and biodynamic practices preserve the land, the vines and biodiversity. The estate produces natural wines, pressed slowly, aged with native yeasts, which remain alive.
