Since the founding of the estate in the 19th century by Félix Noëllat, the estate, which cultivates and vinifies some of the most beautiful terroirs of Burgundy, has been continued in the family. Since 2007, a vat room equipped with forty thermo-regulated stainless steel vats has connected the most recent technologies to precious traditional know-how, passed down for five generations of an estate always in search of innovation and excellence.

The grapes from each plot are harvested then sorted manually, carefully taken to the vat room. Whites and reds are vinified with precision so that each wine faithfully transmits the spirit of the house. Today Michel's two grandchildren, Sébastien and Sophie Noëllat - who are cousins ​​- are beautifully perpetuating the family history.
