Meursault

Two families from Meursault and Puligny united in one estate, seven generations of winegrowers, around fifteen prestigious appellations on fifteen hectares of vines. Romaric Chavy, son of Hubert, joined the estate in 2006, took over in 2014. He previously trained in viticulture in Burgundy, then by traveling – South Africa, Italy, Greece, etc. – and finally with by François Mikulski in Meursault.

He carries out careful and attentive work in his vines. No herbicides, plowing, sulfur and copper treatments only, manual harvesting, constant attention brings healthy, balanced grapes to winemaking. In the cellar, very little intervention but the pressing is controlled in its intensity and duration. The wines resulting from this meticulous work are of great finesse, of beautiful purity, the excellence of this estate continues.
