Collection: Dominique Cornin
Chaintré
When he took over the family estate of around ten hectares in 1993, Dominique Cornin quickly turned to organic farming and biodynamics. He pursues the idea, which has caught on as everyone knows, of working a living soil while respecting nature. He has been retired since 2018 and his son Romain, with whom he has worked since 2011, perpetuates the beautiful philosophy of the estate, with his own experience.
The property produces wines from several climates in the Mâconnais and has a few plots in Beaujolais. The vines are worked biodynamically, horse plowing is practiced, manual harvesting, intervention in the cellar is minimal. Thus each expresses its terroir as faithfully as possible.
