Collection: Pierre Brisset


It was while evolving in the world of finance and digital technology, and while traveling, that Pierre Brisset discovered his passion for oenology. In 2010, having sold the company he had co-created, he turned to Burgundy which offered him the most beautiful tasting emotions. His first acquisition, a plot of Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru Morgeot, immediately gave the color of what he wanted to undertake: grandeur, finesse. He achieved the first by continuing to acquire large terroirs in Côte d'Or and Côte de Nuits. Finesse is obtained through demanding work in the vineyards and cellars. He set up his business in the first Burgundian Wine Lab, at the Château de Bligny-lès-Beaune.
