Collection: Alex Foillard


Alex Foillard spent his childhood at the heart of his parents Agnès and Jean's estate, in Beaujolais. Later, he trained in oenology in Beaune after studying agriculture, then he traveled to Australia and Japan. In 2016 he set up his own 2 hectare estate on the terroirs of Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly, which he immediately converted to organic farming.

While taking off, this young winemaker perpetuates the philosophy inherited from his father, with whom he still practices: a lot of work, observation, support in the vineyard, little intervention in the cellar. Natural vinification, native yeasts, no wine is filtered. A small estate in full development.
