Himself a descendant of five generations of winegrowers, Florent Garaudet, son of Paul, founded his own estate in 2008 in the Monthelie, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet appellations. Rich in a long traditional know-how, it infuses it with a certain taste for innovation, in search of high quality.

Sustainable viticulture, careful pruning to allow optimal sunshine, manual harvesting at full maturity of the fruit, natural fermentation, long aging in French oak barrels rigorously selected to best express each terroir, bottling at the estate without fining or filtration, treatments at the vine and doses of reasoned sulphites: each stage of the process is carefully optimized, guaranteeing very beautiful wines.
