Seiichi Saito Wang was born in China and raised in Japan. His passion for wine brought him to France, to Beaune where he trained in oenology from 2005. Then he worked for big names in the region like Rousseau and Leflaive, and in 2016 set up his own estate in Chorey. Beaune.

His philosophy of wine combines simplicity and rigor, for him the wine must be as natural as possible. Its 2 hectares of vines are cultivated biodynamically, it intervenes as little as possible in the winemaking. His highly precise wines quickly aroused interest.
