Morey-Saint-Denis

It all started in 1872 when William Ponsot acquired Clos des Monts Luisants and a plot of land in Clos de la Roche, in Morey-Saint-Denis. From there, over five generations, the estate innovated, structured and grew. Thus, a pioneer, he has been bottling his wines since 1921 and exporting them since 1930.

Likewise in the vineyards, the concern for respect for the soil and the need for life quickly arrives, which are values ​​still maintained by the fifth generation, under the aegis of Rose-Marie Ponsot. The work in the cellar, very little interventionist but very precise, mixing tradition and innovative techniques, perfectly and intensely expresses its prestigious terroirs.
